Physical Products:

All physical products purchased from kridfit may be returned for a refund or exchange within 20 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Services:

  1. Refunds for services provided by kridfit will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the service provided. Customers must contact kridfit within 20 days of service completion to request a refund.
  2. Terms and conditions that govern refunds for our services:
    • If you purchased any services and we are not able to provide you the service you can ask for your refund.
    • If you are not able to take the selected service on the day which is decided already kridfit is not bound to refund any amount.
